General Information⤷ By requesting a commission, you automatically agree to these terms.
⤷ Please read everything with attention before ordering.
⤷ Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the request.Right to Refuse⤷ I have the right to refuse any request that is offensive, illegal, outside of my style, or involves toxic behavior.
⤷ If the client is rude or disrespectful, I have the right to cancel the commission, and they may be added to a blacklist, where future requests will be refused.Payment⤷ Payment must be made upfront ( 100% or deposit of 50%).
⤷ Accepted methods: Pix / PayPal.
⤷ Only after the payment the request will enter the waiting list.Art Process⤷ I will send an initial sketch for approval, with possible changes at this stage.
⤷ After starting the lineart, each revision will be charged (maximum of 3 revisions).
⤷ Major changes that require redrawing after coloring will have a higher fee.Refund⤷ Full refunds will only be issued if the artwork has not been started.
⤷ If there is already progress, the refund will be partial, according to the stage of the artwork.
⤷ After the lineart is approved and coloring has started, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. The artwork will be completed and delivered.
 
Usage of the Artwork⤷It is forbidden to: resell, edit without permission,remove the signature, claim authorship, use as NFT or to feed artificial intelligence.
⤷ I may post the artwork in my portfolio and on social media, unless the client requests privacy before the work starts.

Commercial Use⤷ The base price of the artwork includes a commercial license for digital use, including but not limited to:• Social media profiles and pages
• Monetized platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.)
• Websites and online branding
• Promotional and business-related digital content• This license does not include the right to produce or sell physical merchandise.
• This license does not include the redistribution or sale of the artwork as a standalone digital product, including downloadable files for paid memberships, subscriptions, digital shops, or similar services.Merchandise License⤷ The production or sale of physical merchandise (such as prints, stickers, keychains, apparel, acrylic products, books, packaging, and similar items) requires an additional 100% merchandise licensing fee, calculated based on the final artwork price.• Creating physical items for personal use (such as a single keychain, print, phone case, or similar item) is permitted. The additional Merchandise License is only required for the production, distribution, or sale of physical merchandise.Delivery⤷ The delivery time is up to two weeks, but may take longer depending on the waiting list.
⤷ Final files are delivered in high quality digital ( PNG / JPG ) via email or Google Drive.
⤷ Projects with short deadlines will have an urgency fee.Copyright⤷ I, as the artist, retain copyright of the artwork.

⤷ Métodos aceitos: Pix / PayPal.
⤷ Apenas após o pagamento o pedido entrará na fila de espera.Processo de Arte⤷ Enviarei um rascunho inicial para aprovação, com possibilidade de alterações nesta fase.
⤷ Após o início da lineart, cada alteração será cobrada (máximo de 3 alterações).
⤷ Alterações grandes que exijam redesenhar após a pintura terão taxa mais alta.Reembolso⤷ Reembolsos integrais só serão feitos se a arte não tiver sido iniciada.
⤷ Caso já haja progresso, o reembolso será parcial, de acordo com o estágio da arte.
⤷ Após a lineart aprovada e pintura iniciada, não haverá reembolso em nenhuma circunstância. A arte será finalizada e entregue.
 Uso da Arte⤷ É proibido: revender, editar sem autorização, remover a assinatura, alegar autoria, utilizar como NFT ou para alimentar inteligência artificial.
⤷ Posso usar a arte em meu portfólio e redes sociais, salvo se o cliente solicitar privacidade antes do início do trabalho.

Uso Comercial⤷ O preço base da arte inclui uma licença para uso comercial digital, incluindo, mas não se limitando a:• Perfis e páginas em redes sociais
• Plataformas monetizadas (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.)
• Sites e identidade visual online
• Conteúdo promocional e comercial digital• Esta licença não inclui o direito de produzir ou vender produtos físicos.
• Esta licença não inclui a redistribuição ou venda da arte como um produto digital independente, incluindo arquivos para download em assinaturas pagas, clubes de membros, lojas digitais ou serviços semelhantes.Licença para Produtos Físicos⤷ A produção ou venda de produtos físicos (como prints, adesivos, chaveiros, roupas, produtos em acrílico, livros, embalagens e itens semelhantes) requer uma taxa adicional de licenciamento para merchandising de 100%, calculada sobre o valor final da arte.• A criação de produtos físicos para uso pessoal (como um único chaveiro, print, capinha de celular ou item semelhante) é permitida. A Licença para Produtos Físicos é exigida apenas para a produção, distribuição ou venda de produtos físicos para fins comerciais.Entrega⤷ O prazo de entrega padrão é de até duas semanas, podendo ser maior dependendo da fila de espera.
⤷ Arquivos finais são entregues em alta qualidade digital ( PNG / JPG ) via e-mail ou Google Drive.
⤷ Trabalhos com prazo curto terão taxa de urgência.Direitos Autorais⤷ Eu, como artista, mantenho os direitos autorais da obra.
